Tips of the Spear
A Tip of the Spear is a specialized practice within RaidGuild. A Spear develops focused expertise and a clear market position while drawing on the Guild’s shared builder network, reputation, treasury access, contracts, and delivery knowledge.
Spears are not separate organizations. They may look or sound distinct, but they retain Guild provenance and a route back to RaidGuild.
Current Practices
Applied AI
RaidGuild Applied AI works on forward-deployed AI systems: agents, durable memory, workflows, interfaces, and the infrastructure needed to put them into practice.
Onchain / Web3 Solutions
The Guild’s longstanding onchain practice assembles parties for decentralized applications, smart contracts, protocol and DAO tooling, product strategy, design, and supporting infrastructure.
Placement Services
Placement uses the Guild’s trusted network to connect a member with an external role.
How Spears Relate to Raids
- A client challenge may arrive through RaidGuild or a specialized practice.
- The responsible practice helps qualify the work and find the right expertise.
- A Raid Party forms from the Guild’s shared network.
- The party agrees on scope, responsibilities, payment split, and communication.
- Contracts and payment can run through RaidGuild LLC, with the Guild’s current spoils and contributor-registration requirements.
Specialization changes how the Guild meets a problem; it does not change the need for clear delivery, shared standards, and accountable payment.
