Join the Guild

The current path into RaidGuild starts with Portal and Discord, continues through a monthly cohort, and leads from cohort graduate / apprentice to full DAO member.

The Path

  1. Create a Portal profile and join Discord. The order is flexible. Portal holds your profile, sessions, posts, and cohort interest; Discord is the live community space.
  2. Signal interest in a cohort through Portal. Cohort dates and signup details are published there.
  3. Complete the cohort. Expect roughly a week of structured onboarding and knowledge sharing, workshops across the month, and a Demo Day near the end.
  4. Graduate through Demo Day. An accepted demo moves you into the cohort graduate / apprentice stage.
  5. Build trust through contribution. Join Raids or RIPs, attend Guild meetings, practice the Code of Conduct, and show how you work with others.
  6. Find a Champion. Your Champion must be a current member and should not be the person who hosted your cohort.
  7. Be championed at Raider Roundtable. Your Champion publicly explains the relationship and why you are ready, then helps sponsor the membership proposal.
  8. Submit the onchain membership proposal. New members enter with 100 DAO shares in exchange for 500 wxDAI, subject to confirmation against current DAO settings.
Review note · Confirm the package

The August 2026 review found consistent support for the 500 wxDAI / 100 share package, but DAO parameters can change. Confirm the current settings before this becomes unqualified onboarding guidance.

What Graduate / Apprentice Access Means

Cohort graduates may gain access to selected Agency spaces, including opportunities shared through Who Is Available. They can join Raids and RIPs and build the body of work needed for full membership.

Paid Raid work has an additional requirement: contributors must complete the RaidGuild LLC registration and light KYC process before they can receive payment. DAO membership and payroll eligibility are separate.
