Introduction to the RaidGuild Handbook
Welcome to RaidGuild’s field guide. This handbook maps the practices, principles, and protocols that help our builder-owned collective work together. It is useful whether you have just found the Guild, are moving through a cohort, or already carry years of Raid lore.
RaidGuild brings together builders working in Web3, applied AI, and other frontier fields. The work changes; the through-line is a trusted network that learns together, assembles strong parties, and ships ambitious work.
Portal is the live home for profiles, cohort interest, sessions, posts, and Guild updates. Discord is where the day-to-day conversation happens; this handbook explains the durable patterns behind both.

How the Guild Is Structured
- The Guild is the shared builder network, community, reputation system, DAO, and source of new practices.
- Stewards are elected or appointed Hats roles with defined areas of responsibility.
- Tips of the Spear are specialized practices within RaidGuild. Visit RaidGuild.org for the current practices and their public entry points.
- RaidGuild LLC is the common legal and operating path used for contracts and Raid payments. DAO membership and payroll eligibility are separate.
The handbook documents steward responsibilities and governance structure. Members can view current Hat wearers in the members-only Accounting app; the DAO Roles and Hats Governance page explains the roles themselves.
Use the handbook as a map, then check Portal and the relevant Discord space for current dates, people, and active work. When reality changes, help the Keeper of Knowledge improve the map.
