What Is RaidGuild?

RaidGuild is a builder-owned collective for people working in Web3, applied AI, and other frontier fields. We combine the trust and fellowship of a long-running community with the ability to assemble focused teams around difficult problems.

We are not a conventional agency org chart. Designers, developers, researchers, strategists, operators, and technologists shape the Guild through contribution, reputation, and DAO governance. Client projects are called Raids; the people doing the work form a Raid Party.

How We Work

RaidGuild is the center of gravity: the community, talent pool, shared reputation, contracts, treasury access, and operating knowledge. Specialized practices—our Tips of the Spear—develop deeper expertise while remaining part of that shared network.

Current practices include:

  • Applied AI, focused on agents, workflows, interfaces, and forward-deployed AI systems.
  • Onchain / Web3 solutions, carrying forward the Guild’s deep experience with decentralized systems.
  • Placement services, connecting members with external roles through the network.

Visit RaidGuild.org for the current Tips of the Spear and their public sites.

Every practice may have its own positioning and visual expression, but no single practice is the whole Guild.

What We Believe

  • Build in the open when we can. Shared knowledge and open-source work compound community capability.
  • Protect agency. We design systems that give people meaningful control over their work, data, assets, and decisions.
  • Earn trust through craft. Clear communication, reliable delivery, and accountable follow-through matter as much as technical ambition.
  • Learn together. The Guild grows when members share context, mentor one another, and turn project experience into durable knowledge.
  • Resist Moloch. We organize against coordination failure, extraction, and the forces that make good collective work harder.

RaidGuild is more than a service provider. It is a fellowship for building at the frontier—and an operating system for turning trusted relationships into excellent work.
