Portal is the source of truth for current session times and access. Discord events may mirror selected sessions, but schedules in a static handbook can become stale.

Coordination Roles
- Stewards bring updates and context from their areas of responsibility.
- Jesters keep meetings moving, guide the agenda, and make room for participation. An agent commonly supports note-taking so outcomes can become durable knowledge.
