Become an Apprentice or Cohort Graduate

RaidGuild uses both cohort graduate and apprentice for the stage between a successful cohort demo and full DAO membership. Both terms are valid in the current membership path.

Apply Through Portal

  1. Create or update your Portal profile.
  2. Signal interest in the next cohort through Portal.
  3. Join Discord and follow the current instructions in Castle Walls.
  4. Use Portal for cohort dates, sessions, and schedule changes.

What the Cohort Includes

The cohort combines a concentrated onboarding period with knowledge sharing and workshops across the month. It is designed to help you understand the Guild, meet other builders, and turn what you learn into a concrete demo.

Demo Day is the gate from cohort participant to cohort graduate / apprentice. A cohort host’s approval of the demo is not the same as championing someone for full membership.

What Comes Next

After graduating, you can begin building the trust and body of work needed for membership:

  • contribute to a client Raid or internal RIP;
  • attend Raider Roundup, cohort calls, and other sessions available to you;
  • use selected Agency spaces to find work and collaborators;
  • learn the Guild’s values and demonstrate them under real conditions; and
  • develop a relationship with a current member who could later Champion you.

There is no automatic promotion. Graduation opens the next part of the path; contribution, craft, communication, and values alignment show that you are ready for full membership.

Paid work

Graduates may contribute to paid Raids, but payment requires registration with RaidGuild LLC and completion of its light KYC process.
